At Eastpak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Visit designeastpak.com to start your return process.
2. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
3. Pack your item securely and include the original packing slip.
4. Ship your return using the provided label.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order on designeastpak.com.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
